How long do I have to use the sleeve?

Use the sleeve for 10-15 minutes. For the best result, we recommend using the Flamengo Sleeve regularly.

How can I heat/cool the sleeve?

Place the sleeve in the microwave (700W) and heat it for 20-30 seconds (note: the product always warms up after it comes directly from the microwave).

Place the product in the freezer for about 2 hours, remove the product, rub it in with your hands.

I use 4 IJssleeves for my legs and arms to cool and it is ideal for me for recovery. Eem good ice therapy recovery. Since last year I have the sauna mark of Flamengo and with these products I am again very happy. Continue like this.
