Return policy for the Flamengo Hot Cold Compression Sleeve and Flamengo Hot Cold Wrap Pack
Because of hygiene and safety, special rules apply to the return of the Flamengo Hot Cold Compression Sleeve and the Flamengo Hot Cold Wrap Pack. Since these products come in direct contact with the skin and possibly body fluids, we unfortunately cannot accept returns of open or used products.
Conditions for returning
- Unopened and unused: Return shipments are only accepted if the product is unopened and unused. The original packaging must be intact and the product may not show signs of use.
- Factory errors or defects: If there is a factory error or defect upon receipt, please contact our customer service within 30 days of delivery. In such cases we will send a replacement product.
POLICIAL POLICY Costs
Shipping costs cannot be repaid after the product has been delivered. For defective items within the first 30 days we pay the costs for returns. If you choose to return an unused product without defects, the return costs are for your own account.
Control and processing of returns
After receiving the returned article, this is inspected by our team to confirm the reported problem. If the defect is recognized, we will ensure a refund or replacement, which can take about 7 days.
