Use the gel pack for 10-15 minutes. For the best result, we recommend using the Flamengo Gel Pack regularly.

How can I heat/cool the gel pack?

Place the gel pack in the microwave (700W) and heat it for 20-30 seconds (note: the product always warms up after it comes directly from the microwave).

Place the product in the freezer for about 2 hours, remove the product, rub it in with your hands.
